Congrats to him.
Coach Pitts is a good coach. That's a great opportunity to have the chance to learn more about the game from him.
Serious sport has nothing to do with fair play. It is bound up with hatred, jealousy, boastfulness, disregard of all rules and sadistic pleasure in witnessing violence. In other words, it is war minus the shooting.

I agree, this is a great chance for him to learn more about the game...Since one of his aspirations in life is to be a Varsity basketball coach in this area , or that is what he said in the KTN anyway

I agree. The basketball at Emory is a joke. It's not basketball it's Johnsonball.

pitts must be making a lot of money at king. it appears to me that king college (although it's college basketball) is somewhat a step down from the high school jobs he's had in the past. i know he's a great coach though.

They are suppose to be going Division II, Division II is a step up from Science Hill and Brentwood, but I see what your saying right now at an NAIA school it would look like a step down. I think Pitts came on the idea of King going Division II NCAA.
congratulations to mark from someone he's went to battle with and against. Good Luck Mark!
